Owner Sam Saghafi is a career CPA who helped numerous construction and real estate clients navigate difficult situations in their business as a consultant. Starting in 2010 he got involved in his own rental portfolio and fix/flips. After a few disastrous experiences with contractors, he decided it was time to provide services to people that met his own expectations.
